Backerstaete has an extensive database at its disposal. Based on the position and
a complete competence profile, the candidates are screened for a possible match.
The researchers of Backerstaete are continuously busy mapping the field
and they follow the career of potential candidates.
In consultation with and by assignment of the client, Backerstaete makes use of
advertisements. This is only done if there is a surplus value or if the client requires the vacancy to have extra exposure.
Direct or executive search
Backerstaete approaches candidates in a discrete manner. The process is carefully initiated in order to protect the reputation of the clients and candidates.
